Fiscus Fitness knows that logging a few training sessions a week is NOT going to get you results.  We approach weight loss clients as a whole person and also address what you do the other 23 hours of the day when you're not working out.

We will give you a personalized workout program that covers cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility.  You can also expect “home work” fitness routines to do on your own.
