Sports Conditioning

Whether you are a professional athlete, playing at the collegiate level, or still honing your skills in high school, we have a sports conditioning program for you.

We use the Optimum Performance Training method, which enhances all the pre-components of athletic performance.  Fiscus Fitness will give you a solid foundation in core strength, stability, and peripheral coordination; as well a speed, power, strength and agility training.  Workout regimens are customized based on sport, individual goals, age, experience, and current level of fitness.

You can expect both weekly training sessions as well as periodic assessments that measure your performance, aerobic capacity, and VO2 Max.
