Fiscus Fitness can work with you on injury prevention or a restorative training program to help get back to your former level of fitness.  

We have experience dealing with musculoskeletal and cardiovascular ailments of many types.

We work in conjunction with your physical therapist, doctor and/or chiropractor (if needed) to help detect and correct all strength, flexibility and movement imbalances resulting from injury, surgery, or just life itself.  In fact, regular training can help address muscle pain, joint pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and rotator cuff injuries… just to name a few.

If money or time is a factor, look at it as an investment in your health.  Working out a couple times a week is a lot better than a life of little mobility or having to go through multiple surgeries.
