Fitness Challenge Day 82

Friday's challenge is to find a buddy to do something active with.  For most people it's easier to stay motivated when there is someone next to you, offering encouragement.

You can go for a walk or jog with a friend.  Take a fitness class at a gym with a partner.  Invite someone over to do some gardening or landscaping.  Try a difficult workout DVD or online class and sweat it out together.  Go for a hike or bike ride.  There are a lot of options. Try to pick something you both like so it's easier to stick with.
