Fitness Challenge Day 79

Today's challenge is to incorporate one new food you never tried or previously did not like. If you hate brussel sprouts, try cooking them a different way.  Give jicama a try.  Use cottage cheese in place of ricotta.  Use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
