Fitness Challenge Day 75

Thursday marked the first day of Spring.  So today's challenge is to do a little Spring cleaning.

Straighten up your closets, clear out storage sheds, clean rooms in the house you normally don't pay much attention to, get rid of items you don't need and donate old clothes.

Getting rid of all the clutter is good for you mentally, but it also burns a lot of calories with all the lifting, pushing and pulling movements required to clean up.  Plus. going up and down the stairs while doing it is great for your legs. Make sure if you squat or bend over (deadlift) you use good form, just like during a workout.
