Fitness Challenge Day 72

Tuesday's challenge is to try an activity you never attempted before.  Or, to give a second chance to an activity you tried in the past, but quickly gave up on because of the fitness level required to keep up.

Here are some examples:

  • Play tennis or racquetball indoors
  • Go running
  • Ride a bike
  • Take a fitness class
  • Go hiking
  • Swim indoors at a YMCA
  • Tackle an indoor rock wall at a climbing center
  • Jump rope
