Fitness Challenge Day 68

Friday's challenge is to enjoy the night off.  There is no workout and I want you to take a rest day.

If you want to go out to dinner... then this is the night!  I realize the challenge is coming to an end soon, and you might think a free meal will disrupt your weight loss-- but that's not always the case.

When you're dieting, it helps psychologically to know that every so often, you can eat what you really want.  But there is also a physiological reason for this.  "Re-feeds" or free meals are a balancing act depending on many factors.  If you do them right, they can help you reach your goals faster.  Re-feeds help chronic dieters as well as people just looking to change the composition of their bodies (less fat, more muscle).
