There is a saying in fitness, “You can’t out train a bad diet.”  Basically… even if you train EVERY day of the week for multiple hours, you won’t see results if you are eating the wrong foods.

The problem is there are so many diets to choose from it can be overwhelming.  The information is even more conflicting if you’re eating to gain muscle or increase performance.

The first step is to analyze what you are eating, when, and why you are eating it.  We’ll ask you to fill out a diet diary.  Then, then sit down with you and talk about the results.

We can assist you in making healthier food choices, how to prepare food healthy food that tastes good, take you on grocery store “field trips” to point out items to buy, and how to eat to support your type of exercise.  From time to time, we also offer healthy recipe makeovers on our blog and our Facebook page.
