Group Personal Training

Group training is like sharing your personal trainer with your closest friend… or two.  It works very similarly to one-on-one training.  We come to your home or other place that is mutually convenient for everyone and bring all the fitness equipment with us.

Our trainer will put your group through a nonstop workout filled with weight training, cardio, and stretching.  Every exercise can be modified to each individual in the group… to make it easier or harder. 

We can train your group once a week, or several times a week. 

When you sign up together, you’ll find a significant price reduction.  Basically, you and your friends split the cost.  So, a private session ends up being really affordable!

Not only is group training a great way to save money, but it’s a great way to get motivated.  When you work out with friends, you are more likely to stick to the session… and pencil it your schedule like an appointment.  Plus, the group dynamic pushes you harder than if you were on your own.  Not only do you have a trainer to stay accountable to, but your workout partners as well.
